Culinary Tuesday!!!


This recipe is my favorite for lunch, in a salad in pasta basically with everything,
You will see that I'm not mistaken!
It's called the PPCBWG (parsley, parmesan, cilantro, basil, walnut, garlic) tapenade with lemon zest yummy!!!!! OMG it's heaven with crusty bread or in a Panini!!!
I'm literally drooling lol!
P.S miraculously you might have some left no worries; you can freeze it for another day of craving! You can really be creative with this and serve it with everything!! Its goes great with a nice piece of meat….

What you need?
PPCBWG-a cup of each herb
2 tbs of parmesan
15 walnuts
1/2 cup of evoo
2 cloves of garlic
Salt/pepper

What to do?
Take all the herbs and rinse them well
Put them in the food processor and start crushing them
While they are in the machine add olive oil gently
Add walnuts, parmesan, garlic and S&P
Once it's all crushed together stop the machine and taste for improvement
add some fresh lemon zest and vuol'a!!
