Colorful yet Chic Roasted pepper salad

For this recipe, I will show you the picture first.....it speaks for itself!


You can do this recipe with bell peppers in three colors and it's even more chic!

6-7 bell peppers(or colorful)
Olive oil
3 garlic cloves sliced
Salt, pepper
Cilantro

-Roast the peppers over the barbeque or in the kitchen on a flame
- Your actually burning the first layer of their skin, once they are "coal black" all over immediately put the in a   plastic bag (this will help you peel them of)
-once they have cooled down, peel the first layer off (you can slightly rinse them of, while using your hand)
-slice the peppers and mix them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro.

Entertaining options;

This is amazing with bread and even better served with buttery goat cheese on the side and tapenade (mmmm, I'm hungry now!)
